CrossGen-Tech 提供品牌資料管理、AI 內容與檔案產製、社群帳號連線、排程發布、品牌情報、工具建置、公開表單與選用的 Gmail 寄送。部分功能受第三方平台政策、配額與服務狀態影響。

CrossGen-Tech provides brand data management, AI content and file generation, social account connections, scheduled publishing, brand intelligence, tool creation, public forms, and optional Gmail sending. Some features are subject to third-party platform policies, quotas, and service availability.

使用者應只連接自己有權管理的帳號，並保護登入資料。禁止分享 OAuth 權杖、密碼或其他機密憑證。

Users must connect only accounts they are authorized to manage and protect their sign-in details. Sharing OAuth tokens, passwords, or other confidential credentials is prohibited.

使用者應確保內容、圖片、檔案、表單、收件者名單與發布行為符合法律、平台規則、智慧財產權、隱私權及反垃圾郵件要求。不得進行詐騙、騷擾、冒名、惡意程式散布或大量未經同意的寄送。

Users must ensure that their content, images, files, forms, recipient lists, and publishing activities comply with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy requirements, and anti-spam obligations. Fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, and bulk sending without consent are prohibited.

AI 產出可能不完全正確或具有唯一性。使用者應在發布、公開分享或寄送前確認事實、權利、品牌規範與適法性。未通過系統驗收的工具會保留為草稿，不代表正式可用。

AI output may not be entirely accurate or unique. Before publishing, sharing publicly, or sending it, users must verify its facts, rights, compliance with brand guidelines, and legality. Tools that have not passed the system's acceptance checks remain drafts and are not considered ready for use.

Gmail 寄送只有在使用者連線帳號並明確啟用後才執行。寄送上限、去重與退訂機制不取代使用者對合法聯絡依據的責任。

Gmail sending takes place only after the user connects an account and explicitly enables it. Sending limits, deduplication, and unsubscribe mechanisms do not replace the user's responsibility to have a lawful basis for contacting recipients.

使用者保有自行提交內容的權利，並授權本服務在提供功能所需範圍內處理該內容。使用者不得上傳或要求處理無權使用的資料。

Users retain their rights to content they submit and authorize this service to process that content to the extent necessary to provide its features. Users must not upload or request the processing of data they have no right to use.

我們會合理維護服務，但不保證不中斷或第三方功能永久可用。我們可因安全、法令、平台政策或濫用風險調整或暫停功能。

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the permanent availability of third-party features. We may change or suspend features because of security concerns, legal requirements, platform policies, or the risk of abuse.

在法律允許範圍內，本服務依現況提供。使用者對其發布、公開工具、表單與寄送行為負責；我們不對第三方平台中斷或使用者未確認的 AI 內容造成的間接損失負責。

To the extent permitted by law, this service is provided as is. Users are responsible for their publishing, public tools, forms, and sending activities. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party platform outages or AI content the user has not verified.
